We would like to invite you to an....."Enchanted dinner in the vineyard" with the three generations of Vitae Springs Vineyard. Enjoy a signature multiple course pacific Northwest fine dining experience while sipping the Valleys "Hidden Gem", Vitae Springs Estate Wines. We will be dining under the stars of the summer sky surrounded by the lush vines and the enchanted evergreens of the valley. Your dining experience will begin at 7pm.
What a wonderful "Thank you" this would be for your staff or a special way to gather your family around the same table. If you would like to purchase a table for 6 please let me know as soon as possible.

Chef Tim's Bio: Chef Tim is originally from Ireland, where he grew up in his parents pubs and hotels. His chores were a bit different from other children s, which included cleaning beer taps and moping behind the bar.
After culinary school, the only job Tim could get was driving a fork lift. So he put a backpack on his back and headed to Europe. Tim would travel from one town to the next, picking up jobs in restaurants, and working until he had enough money to move on to the next. After an extended stay in Spain, Tim set his sites on the States, settling in New Orleans for the next ten year.
Tim has worked in all aspects of the restaurant industry, from Executive Chef to General Manager. Tim and his wife Melissa owned and operated an Event Planning and Catering Company in Charleston, S.C. for eight years, catering for some of Charleston's most elite clients. In 2008 they closed their business in order to focus on their family. We are proud to have him as our Chef th is year and look forward to his wonderful dishes.
