The initial sweet and spicy fragrance of deep purple petunias and bright, fresh
summer raspberries and strawberries flirt with some complexities of black pepper
and anise. A touch of hazelnuts and warm vanilla sugar linger with a mouth
watering acidity and minerality.

 We are honored to present the nation's first and Oldest {30 years} estate grown and produced bottling of Grüner Veltliner. This special and noble varietal hails from the region of Alsace and is recognized among critics, chefs and sommeliers around the world as one of the most food friendly wines. The 2010 Vitae Springs Vineyard has gorgeous aromatics and shows off its personality with strong mineral notes, fresh peaches, meyer lemon, grapefruit, spices and white pepper. The balance of fruit and acidity create a broad mouthfeel and long finish. Only 30 cases produced, therefore we are offering three bottles per collector.
