Welcome to our Wine Salon
the setting where we gather and share our wines....
The Willamette Valley has been recognized as one of the premier wine producing regions in the world. The rich and fertile soils produce wines of distinctive character with dark fruits, rich red fruits, spice, minerality and balanced acidity. Our approach to winemaking is uncomplicated as we practice minimal handling in the cellar so we can allow the wines to express themselves on their own. We craft a limited quantity of intriguing Riesling, elegant Pinot Noir and a tiny amount of Grüner Veltliner.
Our wines may be hard to come by as our current production is only 520 cases. We are also very honored to be featured in respected restaurants and wine shops around the nation and are delighted to share that you may now order our wines online! It's very simple and secure. It is our hope that you will enjoy our wines in a relaxing atmosphere with good health, in great spirits ... surrounded by your friends and family!

| SOLD OUT!! We are honored to present the nation's first estate grown and produced bottling of Grüner Veltliner. This special and noble varietal hails from the region of Alsace and is recognized among critics, chefs and sommeliers around the world as one of the most food friendly wines. The 2007 Vitae Springs Vineyard has gorgeous aromatics and shows off its personality with strong mineral notes, fresh peaches, meyer lemon, grapefruit, spices and white pepper. The balance of fruit and acidity create a broad mouthfeel and long finish. Only 30 cases produced, therefore we are offering three bottles per collector. More Details |
