A Cheese & Wine Pairing

A collaboration between Cowbell Cheese Company PDX and Amica Luna, this guided tasting explores the many expressions of Chardonnay and Vitae Springs Estate Wines through five thoughtfully paired cheeses.

Hosted in the Vitae Springs tasting barn, nestled among the vines, this seated experience is designed to slow the pace and sharpen the senses. You’ll discover how texture, salt, fat, and rind transform the structure and aromatics of each wine; sometimes subtly, sometimes dramatically.

This is an educational, hosted pairing. An optional private vineyard tour is included

Following the tasting, featured cheeses and wines are available for purchase by the ounce or bottle.
