Blending Round Table-Pinot Noir Barrel Blending | March 21st

Join us in the barn as Randy and Alexis pull barrel samples from over 10 individual Pinot Noir lots, along with select back vintages for comparison. Together, we’ll taste blind, explore structure and aromatics, and experiment with proportions to see how subtle shifts shape the final wine. Tickets are 65$ per person and club discounts are applied.

Vine to Glass: Pink Moon Farm-to-Table Dinner | April 2nd

Join us under the Pink Moon for an intimate, candlelit farm-to-table dinner in the Vitae Springs tasting barn. Featuring a five-course seasonal menu by Jonathan Jones of Epilogue Kitchen, each course thoughtfully paired with Vitae Springs wines and hosted by the winemakers. Seating is limited to 12 guests for a slow, immersive evening welcoming early spring. Tickets are 125$ per person and club discounts are applied.

Join us under the Buck Moon for a midsummer, candlelit farm-to-table dinner in the Vitae Springs tasting barn. Featuring a five-course seasonal menu by Jonathan Jones of Epilogue Kitchen, each course thoughtfully paired with Vitae Springs wines and hosted by the winemakers. Seating is limited to 12 guests for a lush, peak-season evening celebrating summer abundance.

Join us under the Sturgeon Moon for a candlelit farm-to-table dinner during a rare partial lunar eclipse in the Vitae Springs tasting barn. Featuring a five-course seasonal menu by Jonathan Jones of Epilogue Kitchen, each course thoughtfully paired with Vitae Springs wines and hosted by the winemakers. Seating is limited to 12 guests for an atmospheric, late-summer evening shaped by the rhythms of the moon.
